The Mayor’s Health Line is a free and confidential, information and referral phone service open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. For more than 20 years, the Mayor’s Health Line has been connecting Boston residents to the health care they need. We are the oldest multilingual operating health information and referral line in Massachusetts. All Health Line services are live, free, multilingual and confidential. Community health specialists are available through a live phone call to help navigate the complex maze of health care.  We also have trained counselors that are available to answer questions regarding individuals’ and families’ health needs. Services are available in many languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian-Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, Chinese, and more!
