Keeping the cold at bay

Keep your immune system balanced. There are a few  ways to do that:

  • Keep well hydrated, drink  lots if fluids
  • Eat a balanced diet. Make sure you have your fruits. Fruits have many antioxidants which are a natural immune system booster.
  • Don’t exercise if you have a fever or aches.  
  • Wear a mask if you are on a plane.
  • Wash your hands often
  •  Use antiseptic wipes on doorknobs and hand sanitizer on your hand.  
  • Make sure to take your flu shoot.
  • Make sure you have the proper attire when going out in the cold.
