Breakfast might be the most important meal of the day. According to WebMD, studies have shown that eating a healthy breakfast can be very beneficial. Here are some tips from the Nemours Foundation in HealthDay News about how to ensure you have a healthy breakfast.

  • If you have a limited amount of time in the morning for breakfast, you should prepare the night before by leaving out utensils and plates
  • Make sure that there are lots of healthy breakfast options in your pantry and refrigerator
  • Have quick breakfast options available such as fruit or yogurt for when you are short on time
