Osteoporosis is when bones become weak and are more likely break. Here are some tips from the National Osteoporosis Foundation about how to improve bone health.

  • Improve your balance by training your body and doing exercises
  • Make your home fall proof
  • Talk to your doctor about the health of your bones
  • Ask your doctor about bone density tests
  • Eat fruits and vegetables
  • Make sure to get enough calcium and vitamin D
