March 20 is National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day for American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians. Even though American Indians and American Natives make up a small percent of the U.S. population, they have the third highest diagnosis in the U.S.  AI/AN with AIDS are  likely to be younger than non-AI/AN people with AIDS.  Younger AI/AN also have the shortest time between AIDS diagnosis and death.  Download this to see some more facts.
